The path forward requires a deep dive into where you are now. We help answer questions like:

  • Is your research driving your data — or is it the other way around?

  • Are you using the right tools? Are you using too many?

  • What should be systematized and just as important, what shouldn’t be?

  • Are your quant processes aligned with your team’s strengths?

When we are done, you will know what you’ve nailed, what needs work, and what you can skip.

How It Works

  • We start with the Quant Questionnaire - this is your take on where you are, and where you want to go. You’ll find the questionnaire as part of the scheduling process once we start. The goal is a complete picture of your situation and expectations so we know how to proceed. Set aside 30 minutes to complete this step with your team.

  • Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, we schedule our deep dive 90 minute video interview. Here we discuss the details of what you are looking to accomplish and where you are coming from. This is a free flowing conversation to help me determine what steps and path is right for your situation. The more detail the better, but the goal is to let me understand your current state and how you can add systematic components.

  • A few days later I deliver your State of Quant report. This summarizes our earlier conversation points, and goes into detailed recommendations for how to move toward your goals. Depending on what you are looking for, it could cover data processes, research tools, good software practices or specific resources to follow up with. This is your action plan in hard copy form.

  • After you have had time to digest your report - you will schedule the final 90 minute video call. This is an “in person” opportunity to dig into any details of your report as well as answer any questions you may have — about the plan or anything that comes to mind.
